oudoir simply means a
woman's bedroom. When it comes to photography however, it means something a little deeper. Boudoir Photography is loving your body and who you are in your skin at this point in your life. It is feeling free and beautiful to be you, for you, and no body else! Our boudoir sessions are classy and more empowering than sexual. We are capturing the art work that your body is, no matter what shape, size, or shade.

According to one of our mentors, Katelyn James, showing up is making the choice to actively engage instead of passively sitting on the sidelines, just waiting for life to pass you by. How we show up now, today, every day, in our lives and our relationships, directly influences how our relationships flourish.
-Jake and Kaila, they show up.-
We witnessed it during their engagement session at Blevins Trail, during their fall wedding this past weekend at Tercero by Aldea Weddings, and during our time in between as our friendship grew and their wedding planning ensued. Jake and Kaila embrace the little things about each other that might drive other people crazy. They laugh about who doesn’t cook, who steals all of the most seasoned chips out of the bag, and who is always stealing the other’s water. They don’t make false promises to be the perfect couple, rather they promise to show up. To stand by each other and commit their lives to one another for all of eternity.
